This is a typical sunday italian lunch. This recipe very famous in the both of Italy comes from tuscany and it is a must have in your italian recipe book.

Although your shopping list is pretty large today it’s not a very expensive recipe, let’s see what you need!

  • a whole chicken copped in pieces but still with the skin on
  • 1 onion ¬†chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 3 celery sticks chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of red wine (yes please!)
  • 400 gr of chopped tomatoes in tin
  • 1 sprinkle of pepper and salt
  • a few bits of rosemary
  • a few leaves of parsley

In large frying pan, large enough to contain all your ingredients, heat the oil and when hot stir fry your chicken on a medium heat for 10 min both sides...
