Focaccia with cappers

Focaccia with cappersI was inspired by the recipe from yesterday and the I started kneading my dough for this special Focaccia with a very welcome guest, some cappers!

  • 500 gr of bread flour
  • 1 cup or warm water
  • 25 gr of fresh yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 50 gr of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of cappers
 Put your flour in a large bowl or in your food mixed and add in the middle the warm water where you have melted the fresh yeast. Mix all together with the sugar, the salt and the oil.
If your dough is too crumbly just add some more water or if it’s too soft add just a bit of flour.
Knead it for 10-15 minutes and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place in your kitchen.
Now stetch the dough in a backing tray greased with some olive oil...
