Penne with walnuts sauce

This is a recipe for 4 people. You will amaze your guests with a recipe that is as good as easy!

  • 100 gr of peeled walnuts
  • 80 gr of parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 tablespoons of double thick cream
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oli
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 500 of penne pasta

Start with putting your pasta pan on the fire with enough salted water to cook the pasta.

In the blender blend together the parmesan, the double cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth foamy sauce. Add your walnuts and give a few pulse blend, you want the walnuts to be small enough to mix with the sauce, but still be able to feel the different texture while eating.

Spicy pasta with Bacon

Spicy bacon pasta

Today I’ve experimented a new recipe! I was thinking how to mix my favourite pasta in Italy, Oglio ed olio, and one of the best things that you can find in the UK… best quality bacon!! I’ve come up with this recipe and I hope you enjoy as much as my partner.

Ingredients for 2 people:

200 gr of linguine pasta

4 slices of uncooked bacon

2 garlic cloves

100gr of good quality olive oil

Chilly powder or flakes
