Sea bass in cherry tomato sauce

This is an extremely easy recipe that will transform a simple fish into a gourmet dish.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 4 sea bass fillets (fresh or frozen is fine, if you go for the frozen version allow yourself plenty of time to defrost thoroughly the fish in the fridge.
  • Half tin on cherry tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 spoonful of olive oil
  • Salt and oregano to taste

In a saucepan large enough to accommodate all your fish fillets put the olive oil and the garlic that you have previously peeled and crushed with the back of the knife. Shallow fry the garlic for a few minutes until it reaches a nice golden colour and a fantastic smell! Remove from the fire for a few minutes, dispose  the garlic and add the tomatoes, salt and oregano being careful to splashes.
