Bake cakes it’s all about making them look nice and very appealing for the eyes. The feeling of  mouth watering when you enter a cake shop is what you are aiming when you think about bake a cake.
This different version of vanilla cupcakes screams EAT ME!!

To make 12 cupcakes you will need:

  • 175 gr Self raising flour sifted
  • 150 gr Softened salted butter
  • 150gr of caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

For your Icing:

  • 250 gr of softened  unsalted butter
  • 250 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon od vanilla extract
  • Mini shortbreads
  • Chocolate chips

In this recipe you will need 12 cupcakes cases in a muffin tin and a piping bag with a large nozzle. For best results use for the icing and the cakes an electric mixer.

It’s valentine’s day!!! everyone is in in love today! are you single? that’s fine, you can share a cupcake with your best friend!

To make 12 cupcakes you will need:

  • 175 gr Self raising flour sifted
  • 150 gr Softened salted butter
  • 150gr of caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (Use the dark one, real vanilla extract, not the clear one witch is only flavouring)
  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder

For your Icing:

  • 250 gr of softened  unsalted butter
  • 250 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon od vanilla extract (reed above)
  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder
  • sugar paste hearts 6 pink 6 white
  • sugar pearls

Preheat your oven at 180 celsius.

As every Italian I love coffee, and when I say coffee I mean espresso! So, what’s better than a nice espresso? Obviously an espresso with cupcakes and chocolate!!!

You’re going to need:

  • 175 gr Self raising flour sifted
  • 150 gr Softened salted butter
  • 150gr of caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shoot of espresso

For your Icing:

  • 250 gr of softened  unsalted butter (I usually use lurpack unsalted butter because is whitest butter I’ve found in UK until now!)
  • 250 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of warm milk
  • 12 coffee beans

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees.

Beat together the eggs and the sugar until you have a nice smooth  cream. Add the butter and the espresso for the cakes and mix until it’s all blended in...
