Today recipe is very very easy, it’s one of this post-dinner that you can come out with if you completely forgot about a cake and you have friends coming over soon!
I did this for the first time when I had for the first time english friend for dinner. The evening was lovely, we ending up very full and very drunk, but it’s all fun!

You need:

  • 4 clear glasses
  • 250 double whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon of dark chocolate powder + some more to sprinkle on top
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 5 espresso shots (In alternative, if you can produce espresso shots do a caferiere, but the taste is not very the same)
  • 1/2 packet of digestive biscuits (I can’t remember how many I used, but you have more, you can do another glass!!)

First of all whip  your double cream with an electric whisker. When it has got a satisfying peek, take a couple of spoons for the final decoration out add the chocolate and the sugar  to the remaining and keep whipping.
Put the digestive in a food plastic bag and start crushing them with a rolling pin. They don’t have to be too fine.

You need to fill your glasses now with the typical tiramisu’ layers. Start with a layer of chocolate cream at the bottom covered with a layer of crushed biscuits. Add to this last layer a few drops of espresso shots and start all over again till the top for every glass. Make sure your last layer is one of cream.

Put the remaining (White) cream in a piping bag with a small nozzle and pipe a few decoration on your glasses. Sprinkle the surfaces with a bit of dark chocolate powder and you’ve done it!
Let it rest in the fridge for at least one our and serve it right after your dinner!

Buon appetito
